Who we are

Peach Pit Coffee was created by Hunter and Carol Ann Herrick together with Lauren and Nolan Hallman — a family with a shared love for coffee, creativity, and connection.

What started as an idea over morning coffee turned into a dream we couldn’t shake. With one espresso machine, a homemade cart, and a lot of heart, we set out to build something that would bring people together — one cup at a time.

We’re a mobile specialty coffee company serving signature lattes, seasonal creations, and house-made syrups made with care and attention to detail. Every drink reflects the things we value most: quality, warmth, and community.

For us, coffee isn’t just a drink — it’s a way to connect. Whether we’re set up at a local market, private event, or wedding, our goal is always the same: to create something memorable and meaningful for everyone we meet.
