Our Story

Peach Pit Coffee was created by Hunter and Carol Ann Herrick alongside Lauren and Nolan Hallman — a family united by a shared love for coffee, creativity, and meaningful connection.

What started as an idea over morning coffee quickly became a dream we couldn’t ignore. With one espresso machine, a handcrafted cart, and a lot of heart, we launched what is now a growing mobile coffee service in North Carolina, serving communities throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas.

From the beginning, our mission has been simple: bring people together — one cup at a time.
